Nova Loadstar
In Nova Loadstar, you are a captain of a ship exploring the stars. Different empires will rise and fall, pirates will attack unsuspecting travelers, and goods will be traded along emergent trade routes. As the player, you can take part in this galaxy, which you may also customize heavily in the game settings, by taking on various roles:
- Mining minerals from asteroids and selling them to gain more cash to grow your power
- Taking up trade contracts to move goods between different worlds, even ones that may be hostile towards you
- Becoming a pirate yourself and plundering trade ships for their goods
- Joining a fledgling empire and aiding its journey to conquer the stars
- Creating your own empire from scratch by colonizing a new world and growing your own fleet to protect it and yourself
Other playstyles and roles can also be derived from these listed and it is up to you which you choose to try. Good luck in the stars!
Controls (Taught in-game, but here for accessibility):
- WASD - Switch Directions
- R - Increase Velocity
- F - Decrease Velocity
- V - Fire Your Weapons
- E - Land At A Planet
- M - Mine A Asteroid

You can choose to download just the game itself, which you can play just by double-clicking it or right-clicking and opening it in your preferred browser, or you can download just the script if you would like to copy and paste it into a console to play (this option is primarily for those who have firewalls that prevent them from playing ordinarily).
